Booking and Payment

• Your reservation is confirmed only after payment of the deposit or the full amount, as indicated
• You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted platforms.

Check-in e Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM (unless otherwise communicated in advance)
• Check-out: By 10:00 am (unless otherwise communicated in advance)

House Rules

• Smoking? Only outside, out of respect for everyone.
• Pets? They're welcome, but only if agreed upon before booking.
• Parties? We love to have fun, but no wild parties without permission!
• Noisy? Enjoy your stay, but respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially at night.

Damages and Liability

• If anything breaks, please notify us immediately. Accidents happen, but any damage may result in a charge.

Force Majeure

• If there are problems beyond our control (e.g., blackouts, water outages), we will do our best to resolve them, but we cannot be held responsible.
